He utilizes a holistic approach to therapy, employing evidence based techniques from Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, Attachment Regulation and Competency (ARC) therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Brainspotting.

Andrew’s approach to therapy focuses on the healing that occurs through the development of positive relationships. He strongly believes in the power of a therapeutic relationship to provide healing and support for the long-standing behaviors and hurts that stand in the way of you becoming your best self.
